Return & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days of first purchasing a paid subscription tier (Starter, Growth, or Business).
• Accounts experiencing technical platform failures that could not be resolved by Codex Design support within 48 hours.
• Duplicate billing charges caused by gateway errors or accidental double submission.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Meta WhatsApp Cloud API conversation usage fees paid directly to Meta Business Manager.
• Custom enterprise integration development fees performed on a custom quote contract by Codex Design.
• Renewal billing charges after the initial 14-day refund window (cancellation stops future recurring bills).
